Ben Phlipot

As the Senior Director of Project and Program Management, Ben Phlipot leads the development and implementation of TRG customer projects and programs. Ben ensures both foreign and domestic customers have an exceptional experience as they work with TRG, overseeing customer onboarding/implementation, post-live support, customer advocacy, services and retention. Prior to joining the team in 2014, Ben spent 10 years as an IT professional in the U.S. Coast Guard with responsibilities spanning from IT management to IT network and infrastructure projects. Ben graduated from Upper Iowa University with a B.S. degree in Technology and Information Management. He also received his MBA from Upper Iowa University. In addition, Ben has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in good standing since 2013.
