/ Step 1

When an endpoint needs repaired, simply log in to ServiceHub® and submit a request.

TRG receives your order and provides you with a confirmation number. If you’re looking for insights into faulty devices, ServiceHub® allows you to look over past repairs and identify problematic devices that you may want to upgrade or replace.

/ Step 2

Ship your endpoint to TRG and ServiceHub® will notify you of receipt.

Once your request is set in the online platform you can track your progress in real-time. Assess the timeframe and set expectations. In the meantime, we can deploy an endpoint from your spares pool, so your uptime doesn’t pause.

/ Step 3

Endpoint is evaluated and repaired by our expert technicians.

We record our repair progress so you can always locate your devices. Our team of technicians will execute multiple reviews of your repairs and test the device prior to marking the repair as complete.

/ Step 4

TRG will return the endpoint to your spares pool or back to your location.

The turnaround time for the entire process is determined by your repair contract. We’ll always return your device in top-notch condition. If you’re storing the device in your spares pool, we will return the device and update your inventory accordingly.
